One Dashboard for Your Whole Portfolio
The Property Portfolio Tracker works out equity, portfolio LTV (LVR in Australia and New Zealand), rent roll, gross and net yield and monthly cash flow for every property and in total, and lists your next deal end dates with “Remortgage now” and “Start shopping” alerts.
Pick Your Country
One cell on Settings switches the sheet to the UK, USA, Canada, Australia or New Zealand – wording (HOA fees, strata levies, body corporate), currency, typical lending limits, the rental stress test (ICR in the UK, DSCR in the USA) and the tax treatment of interest.
