Questions

What temperature ranges does it use?

Sensible defaults you can change: fridges 0 to 5°C (the legal maximum in England is 8°C; 5°C or below is best practice), freezers -18°C or colder, and hot holding 63°C or above. Always follow your own food safety plan and local guidance.

Does it replace Safer Food, Better Business?

Is it a subscription?

No. It is a one-off payment and the file is yours to keep. There are no monthly fees.
