Refunds for Digital Downloads

As all of our products are digital downloads that are delivered instantly after purchase, we are generally unable to offer refunds once a download has been made.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you are purchasing a digital product that cannot be returned.

When We Will Offer a Refund

We will happily provide a refund or replacement if:

• You accidentally purchased the same product more than once.
• You were charged incorrectly.
• The download file is corrupt or cannot be opened, and we are unable to provide a working replacement.
• You received the wrong product.
• There is a technical issue on our side that prevents you from accessing your purchase.

Compatibility

Please ensure that the Spreadsheet you are purchasing is compatible with your editing software before placing your order.

Our product pages list supported software and formats. We cannot provide refunds because a product is incompatible with software that is not listed as supported.
